Director of Advocacy
Bindi Tilbury has worked in childhood education for 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in ECE with a focus in social service and labor management. Bindi excels at communicating in a relational way with victims of trauma, assessing needs, and ensuring the coordination of resources. She loves encouraging advocates as well as equipping volunteers for their daily work. Bindi oversees Jonah’s “intake and placement” process. She understands the struggles that many of Spokane’s children face on a daily basis, and works to ensure that Survivors of Trafficking or At-Risk Youth recieve both equal opportunity and compassionate access to resources. She is married to Aaron Tilbury and mom to two amazing young men. Please contact Bindi if you are a resource provider, agency, or educator interested in sharing resources or if you have someone who needs placement or relocation.
Director of Community & Volunteers
A graduate of Mead High, Nicole returned after graduating from Amherst College with her B.A. in Political Science. While on the east coast, Nicole interned in the White House as a speechwriter for V.P. Biden and served as a Peer Mentor/Community Coordinator on campus for incoming transfer students. She serves on the Spokane Human Rights Commission and chairs the Anti-Trafficking Subcommittee and the Education & Planning Subcommittee. In addition, she is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Martin Luther King Jr. Family Center, and co-chair of Fuse Spokane’s Election Action Committee. Raised by her older brothers and her single mother, often living in cars or motel rooms, it’s important to her that she brings Hope and Freedom to others. Please contact Nicole if you’d like to learn more about our anti-trafficking efforts or would like to volunteer at the Jonah Project!
Director of Church Relations
Amanda has spent over twenty years as an Information Technology executive in the engineering and healthcare field. God has utilized her gifts to build relationships, ministries and businesses. During her tenure at Life Center, volunteerism grew from 195 to 1,081 volunteers and ministry partners increased from four to over thirty. Amanda has co-led mission trips to Ethiopia, Kenya, and Mexico and is about to go on her second medical mission. She and her husband Tim are blessed with four grown boys and welcomed their first grandchild in April. She and Tim are long-time volunteers at the UGM Women and Children’s Crisis Shelter and were both recently awarded Volunteers of The Year. She is humbled and delighted to be serving on The Jonah Project Board and as the Director of Church Relations. Please contact Amanda if you are a ministry or church interested in being apart of the Freedom movement.

Director of Business Development
Jennifer came on board the Jonah Project in the fall of 2016 after completing work as a Finance Coordinator for a congressional campaign. Quickly she was “all in” and has devoted her talents to growing the fundraising and business engagement section of our organization. Jennifer brings over 15 years of fundraising and event planning experience along with an extensive background in sales management and support for non-profit agencies. She once lived in Uganda, East Africa where she started a computer center and helped coordinate events at the embassy, as well as taught bible college. As a mom to four lovely ladies, Jennifer brings a compassionate heart to her work at The Jonah Project and serves as our liaison with local law enforcement and media outlets. Please contact Jenn if you are a media group or a business interested in supporting anti-trafficking efforts, or if you have inquiries about fundraising, events or donations.
