Open Air in Crack Alley Skid Row
These sermons were preached in the open air in "Crack Alley" (a.k.a. "Heroin Alley") in Skid Row Los Angeles. Everyday the Patrick and Jeremiah preach in the open air in "Crack Alley" about a half a block from the The Jonah Project. Everyday about 200-300 people gather there to smoke crack, shoot heroin, drink and wait for a shelter bus. These sermons are often short, hard hitting, and salvation based. Christ and Christ crucified, sin, rigeousness and judgement and commons topics of these open air sermons.

Skid Row is located in the heart of Los Angeles and is home to more then 10,000 homeless. Skid Row has the highest concentration of violent crime on the West Coast. On any given night there are hundreds of makeshift cardboard shelters and tents lining the streets. Drugs are so prevalent in this area one can often see people smoking crack or shooting heroin as casually and openly as someone smoking a cigarette in other areas...
